Client Layout

This version of clientlayout gets rid of the little bit of pixel slop across browsers by setting the font size to 80% right off the bat (in the body style rule).

I removed other font-size properties from other style rules. I also widened the wrapper and adjusted some other height, width, and top properties to get everything back in place with the new default text size.
